The Ajanta and Ellora caves have been declared UNESCO World Heritage sites. The Ajanta caves date back to the 2nd century. Hewn out of solid rock by Buddhist monks, the caves are full of incredibly beautiful paintings and sculpture depicting scenes from the life of the Buddha and the popular culture of that era. The Ellora caves have been dated between the 5th and the 10th century. The 34 caves comprise temples as well as monasteries and showcase all three major religions of the time - Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. A visit to English speaking guide for specified sightseeing.the Daulatbad fort and the Bibi ka Maqbara - a replica of the Taj Mahal - round off this tour.

Booking and Cancellation policy
- All tours need to be paid for in full prior to commencement.

1. 50% of the tour price needs to be paid at the time of confirmation.
2. Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to commencement of the tour.
3. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Here's the chart for cancellations :
- 60 days - you lose 10% of the tour price
- 50 days - 20 %
- 40 days - 30%
- 30 days - 50%
- 20 days - 60%
- 10 days - 80%
- less than 10 days - no refund.

Exclusions: Airfare; Meals - other than daily breakfast; Personal expenses like telephone calls, laundry, beverages etc.; Entrances & camera fees at monuments; Tips & gratuities to drivers, guides and hotel staff.

Note: The Ajanta caves are closed on Mondays and the Ellora caves on Tuesdays.
This tour can also be done by taking an early morning flight to Aurangabad on Day 1 and returning by a morning flight on Day 3.
